Ways to Donate

Want to change a kid's life?

When you give the gift of creativity, you change a life! Help a child or youth facing financial barriers participate in a meaningful cultural activity  by selecting a gift that meets your budget and touches your heart.

A hundred per cent of all donations go directly to supporting Saskatchewan children and youth. Charitable tax receipts will be issued for gifts of over $20. Without our donors, deserving kids are left out. You can make sure that doesn't happen by DONATING TODAY. There are many ways to give!

If you have any questions, contact us.

1

Make a one-time gift

We appreciate donations of any size! A hundred per cent of your donations stay in your community, helping kids you may know. Support Creative Kids with a general donation directed to the activity and communities of greatest need, or designate your gift to music, art, theatre, dance or culture.

2

Become a monthly donor

Easily set up recurring donations online (with no processing fees!) to help kids continue to pursue their creative dreams. By giving throughout the year, you will gift one or more kids the opportunity to grow, shine and belong!

3

Pay a tribute to someone special

Making a Gift in Honour is the perfect way to celebrate the milestones, birthdays, anniversaries or graduations of the lovers of arts and culture in your life. You can also give an In-Memory donation to pay tribute to the life of a loved one while making the difference in the life of a child. Creative Kids will send a tribute card to the family acknowledging your gift, if you wish.

4

Host a fundraising event

Be one of our champions! Host your own fundraising event in your community in support of Creative Kids. Together, we can help Saskatchewan kids grow, shine and belong! For more information, contact Gloria Walsh at 306-780-9452 or email at gwalsh@saskculture.ca. Our Charitable giving number is #78725 7922 RR0001.

5

prepare your legacy

Be a Superhero! Leave a lasting legacy, such as an endowment, bequest, securities, or other gift, and support Creative Kids for future generations.

6

Gift securities

Donate publicly traded securities such as shares, bonds and mutual funds. Your gift of securities entitles you to a charitable tax receipt for the full market value of your contribution and tax savings, to maximize the return on your investments, so you can give more and avoid paying capital gains taxes. For information on these type of gifts, please contact Gloria at 306-780-9452 or gwalsh@saskculture.ca.

...and there are many more ways to give! Signing up for payroll deductions at your workplace, making gifts through CanadaHelps, talking to your employer about the Benevity corporate gift matching program, donating through United Way, etc., are also great ways to help. If monetary donations are not in your budget, you can also check out Other Ways You Can Help.

I wouldn't be the person I am today if it hadn't been for the support of Creative Kids. Today, I am happy, successful and so proud of where dancing has taken me. I have received awards and achievements, completed goals, travelled all over the world, met incredible people and graduated college.
